What are the shipping costs and options?

We ship across the GCC with our trusted logistics partner Aramex.

Standard shipping fee: 

  • 🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia

    • Free Shipping: Orders above 500 SAR

    • Standard Shipping: 20–25 SAR for orders below 500 SAR


    🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates

    • Free Shipping: Orders above 500 AED

    • Standard Shipping: 25 AED for orders below 490 AED


    🇰🇼 Kuwait

    • Free Shipping: Orders above 40 KWD

    • Standard Shipping: 2.4 KWD for orders below 41 KWD


    🇶🇦 Qatar

    • Free Shipping: Orders above 485 QAR

    • Standard Shipping: 29 QAR for orders below 485 QAR


    🇴🇲 Oman

    • Free Shipping: Orders above 515 OMR

    • Standard Shipping: 2.9 OMR for orders below 515 OMR

⏱ How long does delivery take?

  • Saudi Arabia: 2–3 business days

  • UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar: 3–5 business days

All orders are shipped via Aramex, and you'll receive tracking updates as soon as your order is on its way.


🔍 Can I track my delivery?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched by Aramex, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can follow your parcel in real time and request delivery updates or changes directly through Aramex.


📦 What if I missed my delivery?

If you're not available at the time of delivery:

  • Aramex will leave a delivery notice or attempt redelivery.

  • You may also be directed to a nearby Aramex pickup location for collection.

If the package is not collected in time and is returned to us, we will refund your order minus the shipping cost.


🌍 Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to GCC countries, including:

  • Saudi Arabia

  • United Arab Emirates

  • Kuwait

  • Oman

  • Qatar

If you're located outside these countries, we recommend reaching out to us directly before placing an order.


Are there customs or import charges?

Depending on your country, customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs authority for any duties or import charges that may be incurred.


Can I pick up my order?

We currently do not offer local pickup through our online store. However, Aramex may provide flexible delivery and pickup options once the order is dispatched.


❗ Missing or incomplete orders

If something’s not right with your order, here’s what to do:

  1. Check the Aramex tracking info for delivery updates.

  2. Email us at support@capongcc.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We’ll work with Aramex to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


🔄 What if my package says "Return to Sender"?

If your order shows this status, it means Aramex couldn’t deliver and the package is being returned to us. Once received at our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund within 7–10 business days. You’re always welcome to place a new order.
